  Make sure if you’re returning something that’s it’s specifically from this store and not another location. I thought you could make a return to any brick and mortar store, but apparently not. I was told at customer service that I would need to take my purchase to the original store which was closest to me at the time, but not closest to my house. Now I have to make the drive to make the return. A customer service rep walked up and asked (who I assume to be some sort of manager) if my item was a return he just glanced and said “yeah, but he’s taking it to another store” and the employee just looked puzzled. I’ve never had good service at this store anyway so I don’t know why I thought this would have been different. Oh well.
