  My experience was Great! Great Zero Shoes and great customer service. Prices were also less than anyplace I had checked before. All around a Good experience. Will definitely be back!

  Same as several other reviews. Bought a pair of pretty expensive shoes only to get home and notice a blemish or two. Returned to store and the manager accused me of having done it because they would NEVER sell shoes with blemishes. There's a reason these shoes are in an outlet. No need to insult me to defend your business model.

  The quality of the shoes earns five stars on their own. Yet, this store did not have my size, 9, across most of styles in the store. Also, the associate was very helpful, but was dressed so casual that I thought she was a customer. The other associates did not look professional as well. Of the three associates, two were in the back most of my time in the store. Happy with the shoes, just not as happy with my experience.
