  Staff is atrocious. They don't seem to care what's happening or have any interest in moving faster. They didn't handle the online pick-up properly or timely or really care that they were at work. Employees were behind the customer service counter without badges, were sitting on furniture chatting, and while browsing the store were almost in possible to find anywhere except huddled together chatting. Miserable experience, which is starting to become the standard here in Dallas for Dick's, a company I've been loyal to since buying my first baseball bat there when I was in middle school. In the words of Trump: sad.
