  My husband and I went here to get a little "gift" for our neighbor's German Shepherd, & we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I was (pleasantly) overwhelmed by the sheer variety of different foods, cool treats, interesting toys, etc. Plus they have cute little knick-knacks for humans too. The people working there were really nice and attentive, without crossing the line into being too pushy like you'll get at some stores. It was immediately apparent that the employees *really care* about animals and the products they were selling, which is huge. That makes all the difference in the world to overall customer experience, and this place *nailed it*. Now every time someone tells me about wanting a special treat for their pet, I recommend that they go to this store. [That actually happened again today with a coworker, and is what reminded me to write this review!]

  I've always received extremely attentive service when I've shopped here, whether alone, with my husband, or with my dog. I've gotten good advice here on treats, collars, training and more. It also doesn't hurt that every employee always seems genuinely thrilled to see my great dane. Also, unlike at certain other pet stores, no employee has read me the riot act or given me dirty looks for my puppy's cropped ears.
