  I love the looks of their products, but my dealings with their staff has been poor. I was sold a defective toilet and have been working with them for several days to rectify. They have sent me replacement parts (all of which I have to pay a licenced plumber to install and test, costing me big time!), but nothing fixes it and they refuse to return it. Their staff has been rude and insulting. Every conversation is defensive and evasive. This company sells beautiful items, but the cost of dealing with them is high! I would not buy from them again. UPDATE: They have refused to take it back unless I sign a document stating that I will take down my negative reviews. I am now having to pay for return shipping (over $100) in order to get a refund via Paypal. I filed a dispute and won, but Paypal requires the buyer to cover return shipping. UPDATE 2 (9/30/16): I have just received a phone call letting me know that they will be opening a lawsuit against me if I don't remove this review by tonight.
