  the worst experience because of the manager with the mustache (very ugly) anyway, walked in with 2 shirts from stonebriar location couple weeks back which fit too small. i decided to do an exchange at the allen location for in store credit. i wore the shirts 1 time to try on thinking they would fit but decided to return because it was a little tight on me. the manager didn't take the items once i told him i wore them once (to try it on). and proceeded to be very rude and cause a scene in front of the whole line bc of this which made me very embarrassed and uncomfortable how negatively he was looking at me and putting me down making him seem higher than me. i don't get this mans logic bc there are rooms designed to try clothes i and wear them, which is exactly what i did and he didn't accept it. this man is very rude and if i told him they were worn once to try it on, i thought the customers are always right. staff should always respect the customer and his/her statement and go off what they say. moral of the story that man should respect customers and not try to be rude and unfriendly. never coming back and i hope that ugly wiesel lookin dude runs into me again imma crack the man in the jaw. skinny mustache turd. don't shop here with that idiot working
