  Store receives 1 star for simply being there. Initially got lost driving around the outlet stores looking for this retched establishment, so I pulled over and called to confirm their location. Receiving party basically said yeah were inside with all the other stores so just drive around aimlessly until you find us. I finally found the store walked inside straight to the service desk. An individual stood there, back turned skimming through facebook on his phone (I'm sure his paying employer is excited about that!) adding this was most likely the one previously on the phone with me to which I said excuse me...I called earlier about holding a size 9 that was in black/white color model err cut off by employee "9 what", he said. Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you guys sold shoes, maybe it's a size 9 shoe! Clearly this individual was not happy about me bringing my business to his store. "Oh, yeah umm follow me your shoe is over here." Walked to the isle hands me a box and proceeds to walk away. Sir, I said. As he stops and turns around, do I just plop down right here on the floor and try these on or what? He points to the very back of the store, there's a bench back there and continues walking away. At this point, all I could do is laugh and feel sorry. Sorry for him as his articulates so well that his job means absolute squat to him as well as the non-existing management team to help guide. I tried on the shoes, didn't fit took the box and shoved it back where it came from and straight walked out.. New personal best record, in and out in under 1:45. Well done Shechers team! Not once was I spoken to about the fit, different options, nothing. I now see why this store ranks so low on the reviews. Bottom line, expect nothing from this place. I've honestly received better service at 7-Eleven.
