  There is this one cashier up there at Toys R Us/ Babies R Us named Kathy who had a really bad attitude towards the customers and their kids. My grandson who is two years old was having a fit in the store and being a typical kid not getting his way when his mom told him he was not getting the toy he wanted at the current time and when we got to the check out she told my daughter and me that we needed to get him under control or she would. I tell you what I will not be shopping at that store until she no longer works there.

  Toys R Us and Babies R Us has a great selection of items but the customer service is horrible. I have been here several times and checking out is a tedious process. If you need to return something or visit the customer service desk you should be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in line. I ordered an glider recliner for my nursery and 3 different associates had to help place the order. I could only get the $200 discount they were offering in one color which was extremely frustrating as that color was not my first choice. After leaving the store I noticed my receipt said the item was non refundable I do not plan on returning this item but it was not mentioned at the time of purchase. They told me my chair would arrive in 5-10 days it took 2 months. I called them once a week to check and see if my chair had been delivered and every time it took 30 minutes for them to find out. I asked them If they would call and let me know when the chair was delivered they told me they didn't know and to just keep calling. I finally called one day and they told me it had been delivered 2 weeks ago. I am giving them 2 stars because I like the store, they have great items and decent sales, but there employees are not well trained and there is not enough people working there.
