  I had an engagement set that I had for maybe a few months but then I lost a diamond and it didn’t have warranty because we got it from a pawn shop so we thought it would be a better idea to get a ring from an actual jeweler just to have the warranty so I chose this store and the women we worked with was excellent!! I was looking at several rings and going back in forth between a few and she was just so helpful and nice, never seemed irritated. She did everything she could to make us happy and get us what we wanted. I think I looked at like 6 rings and we were thier for an hour. I wanted to make sure I got the one I absolutely wanted and not settle with one I thought was ok and she understood and once I made my decision she asked if I was sure I wanted that one. She was a huge help and now I have the wedding set of my dreams all thank to her and my wonderful fiancé.
